Q: Where are you based?

Q: I don’t know which size I should choose?
A: Please visit our sizing chart page here. All measurements are provided for all items.
Q: I pre ordered the incorrect size can I change my order?
A: You are eligible to change your size if the pre order cut off date has not finished. You cannot exchange or return as there is no replacement for your pre order once it exceeds cut off date. We do not order in additional stock. Please contact us at info@shredlifeclothingco.com to change your order.
Q: I have changed my mind and want to exchange for another item or receive a refund, can I do this?
A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges after an order has been made if you change your mind.
Q: Do you still cut t-shirts into sleeveless or crops?
A: We do not offer this free service anymore due to the volume of items we sell. We recommend watching tutorials online that explain how to cut your t-shirts.
Q: I am missing an item, what do I do?
A: If any items are sent separately, we will notify you via email before we fulfill your order. In the unlikely event you’re missing an item, please contact us immediately at info@shredlifeclothingco.com with your order number and we will send out any missing items as soon as possible.
Q: What happens if I receive a faulty item?
A: If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@shredlifeclothingco.com with your order number, a description of what is faulty with the item and an image if possible. We will email you a return postage label to send the item back to us. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and if faulty you will be refunded or sent out a new item.
Q: I have put the incorrect shipping address when placing my order. How can I have this changed?
A: If you have placed an order with the wrong shipping address, please notify us immediately and we will update your details. Please email your order number to info@shredlifeclothingco.com. If your order has been fulfilled and already shipped by us, you will have to contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number and they will follow this up for you and redirect this for you.
Q: My order states it has been delivered but never arrived to my address?
A: Your tracking number is sent to you when your order is fulfilled via Australia Post. The shipping address you provide is where your order will be sent to. If your order has been lost or sent to an incorrect address by Australia Post, you will have to contact and resolve this with Australia Post directly.
Q: I have been getting hit on nonstop since wearing my new Shreds, when will the hitting on/cat calling end?
A: Never. We apologise for this inconvenience
