RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Shredlife does not accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or changed your mind.

Shredlife offers refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. If you have a damaged/faulty item, please email us at info@shredlifeclothingco.com with your full name and order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty clothing. This must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving the item. 

Shredlife Clothing Co will deny a refund/exchange if items are returned without their original tags, used, soiled with perfume scents, make up etc. We will notify you by email and send the items back to you. 

Sale items, Hats, Beanies and Bags are non-refundable/exchangeable, all orders placed for these items are final and the items cannot be returned unless faulty.
