We have the following payment methods below available to our customers.

PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay and AfterPay. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

AfterPay is only available to customers within Australia.

All payment methods are Third Party companies, so if you’re experiencing any issues with these methods, please contact them directly.

All customer payment method details (Credit/Debit Card number, PayPal, AfterPay, Apple Pay log in details) are all secured. Shredlife Clothing Co does not have access to this information.

Shredlife Clothing Co only has your name, phone number and postal address details that you have provided to us when ordering. 


We ship worldwide, providing your Country can be tracked via Australia Post.

Orders made Monday-Friday, will be shipped within 24 hours. Any orders made Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday afternoon.

Shipping confirmation will be emailed as soon as your order has been shipped. Along with this, you will receive your Australia Post tracking number and a direct link to track your order.

Shipping costs may vary depending on weight of package (qty of items ordered) and location. These costs will be provided during check out.

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders made within Australia and 7-14 business days for International orders.


If you have made a Pre Order purchase, please note that these orders take 2-3 weeks to process before being shipped. A expected delivery date will be stated in the description of each item. Normal shipping times will apply once shipped. 

Shredlife Clothing Co is not responsible for any lost orders during transit. The customer must submit an investigation with Australia Post. Your tracking number will be sent to your email address provided. 


We do not accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or changed your mind. All measurements are supplied for each item on our website, so please double check your sizing as we only have limited stock available.

We accept refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. If you have a damaged/faulty item, please contact us asap at with your full name and order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty clothing. We conduct thorough quality control before every order is packed and sent. 

Shredlife Clothing Co will deny a refund/exchange if items are returned without their original tags, used, soiled with perfume scents, make up etc. We will notify you by email and send the items back to you. 

Sale items, Hats, Beanies and Bags are non-refundable/exchangeable.

If you were shipped the incorrect order please email us at with your full name and order number.  We will send you the correct item upon receiving incorrect item sent by us. Shipping costs will be covered by us.
